No Training

COMMENTS
  • General: As scheduled, nothing. Tomorrow I start my new program although I'll be switching day 3 for 1 so I can test my 1rm deadlift tomorrow instead.
  • Nutrition: Pretty good
  • Body: Feel good
  • Sleep: 7 hours
  • Reflections: Need to sleep more!
