Rest Day

No training

COMMENTS:

General: Sore core, and want the legs 100% for tomorrow led to this. If I was more creative or could use my upper body I would've worked out.

Nutrition: Good

Body: Solid, ankles still kind of sore

Sleep: 9.5-10 hrs

Reflections: Nada, get it tomorrow
