back on my grind

Dropped 150 dollars today that I didn't really have on a 20 class pack for bikram yoga. felt so damn good. I took this week off entirely because Im going to begin something a tad different on Monday. Yoga will continue to be a weekly staple

It's a program called the "Gladiator" that Johnny Pain made. Still lifting a lot but a lot more conditioning. In general it's going to be pretty brutal but it will be good for a change to develop my high intensity stuff again. I'm also going to be hiking once a week.
