No training, No MWOD

General: Busy day, not really much time to do a good work out. I'm going to do some Crossfit this weeek though.

Nutrition: OK, not great. Going to get it going this week

Body: Not sore at all from the run

Sleep: 10 hours

Reflections: Ready for the week
